My Dopefish fanart

I've spent many many hours doing my own Dopefish fanart over the years. In fact, I even included the Dopefish in most of my art projects when I was in school.

I've tried to send them to Joe via email, but I guess it never reached him or was deleted as spam or something. But now that I got my account in this forum, I am finally able to show them all to the Dopefish community.

Th first thing I did was to draw a real hi-res (around 1200x1200 pixels) Dopefish artwork.

A bit later, I started drawing some of my classmates as Dopefish-look-alikes. Basically, these are just slightly modified Dopefish sprites with some additional stuff, that I thought was characteristic for them. (e.g. a spotty face, pale skin, pink hair, extremely long fingernails and even the ablity to aske ridiculus questions all day)
Later, I added some generic stuff, like the Duke-, Keen, China- and Albino-Fish.

The phrase "use the fish" (id allowing Apogee to use the Dopefish as a cameo, also name of a Level in ROTT) made me draw a quick interpretation on my own.

And the very last (and biggest) image I'm posting here is my interpretation of what it might look like if the Dopefish finally found his way into the music industry.
