Time to Kill and Land of Babes on PSN?
I was just wondering, would be possible to get the PS1 Duke Nukem games out on PSN yet? I really want to be able to buy Time to Kill and Land of the Babes so I can play it on my ps3 and psp.

Jon St. John's hilarious awesome one-liners alone would make those worth a purchase. Time to Kill at least.

I'd rather see them put up on XBLA. I'd put them in a second. I know it sounds
weird for a PSX game to come to XBLA, but there has been, for the last year or
so, an old PSX game that is being ported to it. It's an old shump.

I voted no... because when I want to play them, I play them on my PC, like I always did.

how do you do that.

Eh I already own these and play them on my Playstation 1 and PS2.

These are third person games. I also think that, they should make some more of these classics.

That reminds me of that PSX emulator that Sony bought out. They said something that suggested that they were going to bring about a brand new age
of gaming....which never seemed to materialize. Also, there was the
Bleem! fiasco. Nowadays, if they went under, they would have at least
released the source code.

I use an excellent program called ePSXe, thanks to which I can enjoy them in arbitrarily high resolutions (like this), I can use filtering effects that did not exist on the original console, I can use a lot of cheats that weren't explicitly put there by the original developers, and I can save whenever I want.

VGS and Bleem were bound to fail, because there are freeware programs that do the same job, only better.

Does that use roms, or does it support the actual disc?

It can either use the actual discs or CD images. Personally, I have over 20 original PS1 games (among which, DN:TTK and DN:LOTB) that I bought between 1999 and 2001 just because I can emulate them. I never had a PS1.

SO wait, i'm sure I'm not reading all of it in the excitement, but are you saying you play TtK and LotB on your PSP? Dude I'll go buy another PSP this week if that's the case. Its just about motivating to plug the ps2 back in for these.
