Graphics messed up in some places...

Hi, I'm new to the forum and firstly would like to say I love Prey and can't wait for the next one, and there's not many games I'd say that about.

I have played Prey on XP Pro and had no problems. I now have a clean Vista Ultimate install (on the same setup), and have a full set of up to date drivers.
My problem is that some graphics, such as the purple health pickups on the ground, and the 'stuff' flowing through the tubes has small squares covering it (like it's pixlated) from more than 4 or 5 steps back, but up close it's fine. I have re-installed Prey, and updated to 1.3 but it makes no difference. Is there anything else I can do?
