Shadow Warrior Logo in DN64
In Duke Nukem 3D for Nintendo 64 (aka Duke Nukem 64) their appears to be a Shadow Warrior logo of some kind on the wall.

Well, they had to replace the XXX Movie posters with something.

Unfortunately the chances of getting permission (not that its really worth extracting that sprite anyhow) to use it are pretty low. Even if 3dRealms is the only party involved (but Nintendo and a 3rd party might have to grant permission as well).

Nice find though.

I've always wanted to know why Lo Wang looks like that, even though it's a parody

No, it's not hard at all. I took it out from the game...

I doubt they would let you guys use it in a high-res pack, but it would make a cool avatar for these boards.

You could trace it, and remake it from the traces... Doesnt sound illegal to me.

That's not illegal because it doesn't actually use the original, you're just looking at it to make it accurate. Nothin wrong with that. That's how I redid the water fountain and wall blood.

You know, I recently came across a piece of text
that quoted G.B. saying something like; 'It's not unlikely that the consoles running the build engine games getting a version of Shadow Warrior' (back in '97.)

Never knew that, probably cancelled after the relatively unsuccessful/unpopular pc game.

shadow warrior is a cult classic, like Blood. I have to admit, I like Duke and Blood better than Shadow Warrior. I like duke and blood equally, and paid $15 for both, and payed only $5 for sw. Ironic, the less I paid for it, the less I liked it. Still a good game though.
