3d realms times for duke 3d xbla

i have a question for the 3d realms times for duke 3d did you guys just simply rushed it on the easiest difficulty or but i strongly dought took your time and poll axed the enemies??

The 3DR times are the speed run times. They made use of the glitches (jump/duck through holes you should shrink yourself for) and the map to beat the levels as quickly as possible.

Search for Duke3D speed runs on YouTube to see what I mean.

It isn't? That is the impression I got from the incredibly low numbers on those times.

I mean, I know people have beaten the 3DR times.

Play(testing) the same level over and over and over will get you far...

I can't get 50 seconds on Hollywood Holocaust without using the "Pig Jump".

But then again, that's not really a glitch, haha.

If it was nothing but taking advantage of shortcuts, it would be way lower than it is.

there a numerous shortcuts in every level so its not glitching. i didnt glitch in Tiberius station
