Demo Crash in Multiplayer

What were you doing at the time when it crashed

I was switching between applications, as I had Prey on windowed mode. Now every time I start the game I get that error.

I think I've solved my problem. It only crashes when Fraps is running.

Now why would you want to switch apps anyway?

What version of XP? Home? Pro? MCE 2005?

Pro. Switch apps to chat and run Fraps. Anyway, it was Fraps... Prey doesn't like Fraps, though I saw someone post sceenshots with Fraps running fine. The whole point of windowed mode though is to give you broad access to other stuff.
