ROTT DOPEFISH in the shareware version

I was wondering what the effects of the "dopefish" command line parameter are in the shareware episode of the game. The help file indicates that random messages will appear instead of level titles, and indeed they do when the shareware episode runs with the "dopefish" parameter. However, the help file also mentions that "other silly things" may also happen during the game, and I was wondering what exactly is referred to here, as I haven't noticed anything that would be more silly than usual while playing

Well i'm not suppose to tell you this but Joe Siegler's head will pop up and eat you. Also you may or may not be rick rolled and sometimes chocolate rained.
