whats the point on completing max payne on the harder difficulties do you unlock something?

It's like a challenge for me. For example, New York Minute makes requires you to be killing enemies continuosly so that you do not run out of "time" and die right on the spot. Anyway, if you get tired of completing the game itself over and over, why don't you checkout some cool mods? The Matrix mod is indeed one of the most brilliant conversions I have ever seen.
