Poets of the Fall lyrics...
I didn't know wether to post this in "general messages", "popular media" or this forum. So i'll try here.

You ever watched a really good movie that had a soundtrack that fit the movie so good, you just had to have it?

I had it with donnie darko, and finishing Max Payne 2 gave me a very familiar feeling. The track fits the game soo much, it sounds like it had been written especially for it. And in a way, i think it was, since it was based on a poem by Sam Lake.

There's actually a line in the lyrics that reffers to "John Mirra" :

"till' in the john mirror you stare at yourself grown old and weak"

I don't know if that was intentional, but it really gives the game soo much depth.

Max Payne 2 is in my eyes not only game of the year, but also, best script, and best story of the year.

Take this mofo to hollywood, together with the fitting soundtrack, you got yourself a winner. IMO.

Actually it would've been cooler if it was actually "john mirra" as the lyric.

But unfortunatly "John Mirror" means bathroom mirror. More literal then figurative.

Yes, I heard John Mirra too.

C'mon Poets, lie to me!
