Hey is there a freelook mode in Duke3D?
Hey fellas i just purchased a version of duke3d yeah that's no joke (better late than never) i did but i need to know is there a way to use a freelook mode in the first release of the game (you know the mouse and keyboard method). If there is i haven't found it yet can someone help me to get it working so that i can make all those alien bastards suck it down the way it's supposed to be done.

You get mouselook by hitting the U button.
At least in the regular atomic edition.

What about always mouslook is there an option to do that so that i can play the entire game in the mouslook mode? If there is i would like to know how to use it instead of using the toggle method.

You're too lazy to just hit the 'U' key once? If you hit it it should stay on mouselook the whole game...

I found the mouselook far too slow. Is there anyway to speed it up

I'm sure there is a way...

Go into advanced mouse settings and up the y-axis speed. I have mine set on 2.0 and I can whip my shots up and accurate in no time. (Ask Mako, he's seen it.) Mouselook in duke sucks though, it just wasn't made for that type of gaming. Mouse look can be good at times.
