My rendition of Grabbag

Hey

Here's the little jam I did. Thanks ofcourse to vertexguy and Megadeth for being an awesome inspiration. My guitar's a Squier so try and tolerate that. What do you think, is it "balls of steel" quality or "blow it out ya ass" quality ?

the mix is really bad -no offense. theres WAY too much compression going on, and the guitar is too loud. its drowning out the drums. some of your choices of chords dont work.
--is this 100% you? because it seems very odd how it switches from a really bad tone with no backing, to drums, bass, and a great guitar tone (dispite the over compression).

also, the lead melody is not really good for powerchords. you should figure out chords that go with the lead, not follow it in sections. if you need some help, I may be able to tab some of it for you.

Hey. Drums and bass are from original grabbag.mid through vst's. Guitar is all me, it's just that not all of it is dubbed. I haven't added any specific compression to the mix, just a limiter to even things out. Maybe it's the EMG simulation I use. Thanks for the input, sadly with most of it I do not agree. it does sound a little over compressed when the drums come in, but not that bad. Pretty good job. i liked it.
