Extracting Max Payne music= impossible

I tried typing down "rasmaker -x_x_music.ras" on the cmd line but this keeps popping up

"rasmaker' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

Can somebody help me? or is there a easier .ras extracter so I don't have to go through this command line crap?

or browsing (using the DIR and CD commands) to the location of rasmaker.exe first?

Start, Run, cmd.exe

cd C:\Program Files\MAX-FX Tools\RASMaker

RASmaker.exe

RASmaker.exe -x x_music.ras
