I Can't get Duke Nukem 3D to play on Windows ME

Hey everybody

I've recently purchased duke nukem 3D, I've installed it on my computer but It won't play. I'm just wondering can it play on Windows ME. If anyone could give me a hand with this problem it would be greatly appricated.

the first computer i played duke nukem 3d on was a windows me. hmmmm. try downloading JFDuke, i'm not sure if EDuke32 can work on ME but i know JFDuke will. I know JFDuke's made for XP but just try it.

It works on Windows ME for me..?

Try any of the ports and it should work (JonoF and Eduke recommended).

I used to dukematch over a ME, that was only about 3 weeks ago

use a port like eduke32, jfduke, xduke, rancidmeat, or even cduke (not recommended though)
if you want the original try dosbox...

i dont think the original duke3d works in winblows not for ME

it would help to post as many details as possible about the problem. This would include error messages (in detail), how far the game gets before it bails, detailed particulars about your system configuration and so forth.

XDuke, Rancidmeat and CDuke are pretty much overwritten by JonoF/Eduke. If you want classic Duke then I suppose it's best, but I'm pretty sure JonoF/Eduke are the only ports that can be used for NAM/WWII GI.
