Very weird..... BUILD based, so it's sorta Duke-y.....but
it's Russian.....only Russian.....from 1998...and there is butt-kicking involved....mostly yours, and Akella was there
any more info on this odd piece of work would be appreciated
I've tried to play it but....

, and no-there aren't any instructions as such. It may have a website, but it's so old....

Spell wrong... it's Liquidator, and it had sequel in 2006 named Liquidator 2 : Welcome to Hell(but not Build engine anymore, of course).

Check some of information about this game, it's a retail game but Russia only, so it's normal when nobody of non-Russian knows it.

Looks like some DooM + Duke Nukem feels but...I don't know...
