Trying to expand Duke
Is there any genius Con hacker who could have a stab at this.

Is there any way, that with Duke Nukem Atomic, that you could develop a con where when you use the computer Duke Bots (you know the command: duke /a /q etc...) to have a game of co-operative in which the Duke Bots don't attack you, but could attack the other enemies??? If that is possible, then could someone e-mail me with it??? I would also like them to be able to pick up stuff like they do in Duke Match, but is there anyway, that I could also confine them to the spot (say in Build)??? Like they only stand in that spot and fire what ever I put underneath them??? Is that possible???

You don't have to make them stand still, but basically all I would really need is for them not to attack you but the enemies instead??? If that is possible, then could someone send me the con (if there is one available)?

That would be greatly appreciated.

Just one more thing, they could not respawn until the Original Duke (the player) dies

If anyone knows of a con, please tell me of it.

Thank you

Hmph, it'd be easier to use Eduke... you could finish up the code in about a day.

Is there anyone who could actually create that sort of con? If you use EDuke I don't mind, but I have NO idea how on earth to edit cons.....

If there is someone who could do it or knows one that already exists, Please tell me about it. I would be greatly appreciated.

Not much there to read... The con guide and faq links are both bad.

The site itself has explainations of things as well.

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO EDIT CONS. Giving me a FAQ wont work, and the FAQ doesn't even work.

I think that may be your problem right there... The /q switch is fake multiplayer, and the /a switch uses fake AI to fight you. The co-op switch is /c.

Re: Trying to expand Duke
I did try the switch with:

duke3d /q /c /v1 /l01

I believe I need the /q or else the computer won't activate the Dukes, but all the Dukes did was stand there. They didn't fire or anything. And when I died, and restarted, they were still dead. Thanks for the tip anyway Bruce.
