caught in the centre of gravity

hi all,
i for the life of me cant seem to find my way out of the level, centre of gravity can any one out there be able to help a fellow gamer

You have to shoot the flying panels, then shoot the small circle which are on the pipe. Becareful because You'll have to dodge !
