MP2 - chapter 1, part 4, can't jump thru window

Hi all,

I killed the sniper but now I can't jump from the window without dying.

I saw a video somewhere and it seems there is a strategy to do some sort of a triplejump to make Max jump very high and reach the other side without falling.

I tried changing from pistol to shotgun + jump -- but it didn't make Max jump any higher.. I'm using a mouse.

Any ideas?

What map is that exactly?

edit: oh wait, I suddenly remembered. The one in Max's appartment, right? Well you're not supposed to jump down from the window - Instead, go out the front door of your room

At some point you will come across a window with a ledge, you'll have to jump on that ledge and walk to another window that you''ll be able to enter.

Hi. I also have a problem at this chapter (MP2-part1-chapter 4)..I am at the end of the level and I know I have to get on the roof ..I reached the 7th floor but I can't get on the roof...I dun't know how...can someone tell me please?

You never go on the roof of the apartment building. Just through rooms, hallways, out on balconys, down to the parking lot and that's it.

I'll do a walkthough video for you if you're still stuck.

oh man...well it seems I just can't get through this..I'm stuck there and I tried to move around the rooms and hallways and balconys but I think I'm not good enough for this

so if u could help me...thank you

Sorry it's a little out of sync, it happened when i converted the video to DivX, but the sound isn't that important anyway. You're not really supposed to kill the civilians, but i didn't have to time to listen to their conversations. Hope this helps.

thank you so much...as I was watching the clip I realised that my "problem" was the fact that I don't know how to make the jumps from balconys..I allways fall down

I am not a pro in this game, so sorry if my problems seem foolish

I like the game very much and that's why I try to finish it.
