Old pics of Prey, Shadow Warrior, and Blood that came with Duke 3d can be downloaded at the link below. I hope some of you will enjoy them. they are all .pcx files. From the looks of the Blood pics i dont think it changed at all compared to the game. From the looks of the Prey demo it looks a smig bit better than these pics

Oh yes, this sure brings back alot of memories. Though my impression of the Prey Screenshots in the DN3D CD was "Just what the heck is this game?" And here I am, years later, playing through the demo of the game. I also have some of the older E3 Videos as well.

I remember a vid they made as a tech demo. just some guys looking at a computer screen explaining portal tech. it was pretty neat to watch a guy shoot himself through a portal.
that was all about 10 years ago.

Oh my god...one of the weapons in Blood is a voodoo effigy? That game looks really fun. I can't believe I missed it!

I remember seeing those screenshots in 1996/7.

I thought, "Great. This game should be done with this just in time for me to run it on one of those snazzy new Voodoo cards."

Interesting that Tom Hall's name is on it, I was unfamiliar with this version of the game, I figured the Tom Hall generation was mostly the bio-mechancial suit plotline, and by the time it was changed to Native American he had left.

I think that you should totally shoot yourself in the hand that did not reach for the game when it was new :P

Seriously, Blood 1 rocked. Blood 2 pretty much sucked, but the first Blood was so good that I'm surprised there is no dark cult praising it as a god or something. I've spent months playing it in single player mode, in Bloodbath (Deathmatch) on LAN with friends and toying around with level editor.

Shadow Warrior kicked ass. Too bad I never got to play the full version. I played the shareware like 40 times back in 2000 just to see that naked anime chick over and over. Though I still can't figure out where she hid those UZI's.

Those are the really old ones. Later on I remember there being some Prey pics where one I think was a 3D screenshot where it was outdoors and you could rotate the view around using that quicktime VR plugin or whatever it was called.

Then some other one had some topless chick\monster next to a mirror, and was 640x480 or so, as opposed to those really tiny ones.
