A Card with a Code that allows you to download Duke3d and DNMP from xbox live not to mention the Premium Themes too. Official XBOX/PS3 Duke Nukem Controller.

As for the Cover Art. Give it the Doom look but throw in something that resembles Vegas and babes and his gun. Though for Special Editions ones. The Cover should be some Black Marble with a Impression of the Duke Symbol if it was forcibly bashed in with some cracks in it. The Cover of the Disc could share the same look or a negative of Duke at the end of the Teaser from 2007

I know I'm late to this party but really, I would pay.... a GREAT deal of money for just a paper CD sleeve with the game in it, maybe 'DNF' scrawled on the front of it in red Sharpie, but if that's too much to ask, just give me a blank cover, just as long as when I pop it in, my head, literally explodes and gore covers the walls. I would die a very, VERY happy headless man

What's wrong with pulishers who can't even put a decent manual in the box? I remember when you had a nice thick manual with controls, a story, strategies, and some cool pictures or maps or something. Now they may not even include a decent keymap.
