Scilab?
Has anyone here ever used Scilab?

It's a free (as in free beer) numerical analysis program developed by some French folks, and is often used as a MATLAB replacement. From what I've heard, it isn't quite as powerful as MATLAB, but it comes pretty close. I've never used Scilab myself, though, so I have no idea.
