Installation error code 5009 : 0x8002802b

Systems Specs:
Falcon Fragbox 2
AMD FX-55 CPU
1 gig ram
ATI X1800 GPU

I get this error whenever I try to install the game. I can't get past it. I've checked the pc for spyware, tried installing in safe mode, tried installing from HD and the error still comes up. All my drivers are updated to the latest. Any Ideas??

How far do you get before getting this message? Does the Prey Launcher come up? Do you get part way through InstallShield?

I basical click on install, installlshield comes up and runs for about 5 seconds and before I can even choose to click on the 1st next button this error comes up.

I am having same issue on 2 pc, any solution found?

Have you tried registering your CD-key with Steam and installing it that way?
