I don't think you can.
The weapons just overheat.

I could use a few more down levels where you're not fighting. Just interacting with characters - like the bar level. Kind of build more upon who is who and how the relationships are. This certainly looked like my kind of game and something that I would buy.

^ They have clips, but you don't have to reload them.. at least none in the demo. I think it was a good idea, in these games (pure FPS genres) does it really makes a difference to give player the option to reload manually? Just do the auto reload.

i enjoy reloading manually especially during online play. I dont like the computer reloading for me it makes me feel like im less in control of the game...

My favorite is the gravity room puzzle. Even though I know how to get out of it, I still generally just move the room around just to make Tommy barf.

Actually you don't really need to autoreload, if you stop firing for a second the machine-gun thingie will automatically switch the barrel to another one. Generally though you can just OMGWTFBBQ snipe every enemy you encounter. Right click+rapid left click = pwnt.

I still find it disturbing that the eyesight is some sort of tentacle thing. I wouldn't let that anywhere near my face if I was tommy. Obviously we have very different ideas about what guns should do

You can make him barf? Cool.

Re: Demo First Impressions
I just want to state that I love the Prey demo and all my thanks goes to 3Drealms,2k and Venom. Im thinking of getting the 360 version of the game but may wait to see if the support for game content is present first.

I love how the demo thumps the player into this living and breathing world and shatter's the less important with the more important issues (Staying alive) in each character's life.

Gameplay it's self is stunning, which is mostly down to the fact that the levels manipulate gravity. I also love the fact that the character you play is brung alive with the slight comment's that he makes.

Yeha, just keep shifting the room gravity until it happens.

From what little I could play of the game due to an overheating GPU, it definitely seems like the game to get this year. Looking forward to both the final release and a way to relieve the computer of its heat issue.

Re: Demo First Impressions
I have just downloaded and played through the Xbox 360 version of prey and it's an excellent game demo. I love the fact that it stands out as a game and not a Movie wannabe as the imagination put into it realy pay's off on the gameplay side of thing's.

Logic is not needed when imagination comes into the mix and that is what most games of any genre have to defeat. I love computer games so please forgive me when I say this but I hate the new age of well... games as they are as I have previously stated Movie wannabe's and this should not be the aim at all (ooop's no full stops --oh well!) games developers should be thinking more of how they can keep the player on there darn seat's for as long as they possibly can. I know that technology's have to evolve and that yes there will be time's when yet again games will be left behind as a sacrafice to it.

I guess what I'm trying to say that yes 3DRealms and Venom have pulled off a very solid game. Give yourself's a pat on the back and a bloody good holiday to get over the last 5 years of development and yes you do have to come back and make yet more games.

I can not wait to start codeing my own one day!
