What are the plans of 3D Realms, to do after Duke Nukem Forever? Finish the Prey games, Shadow Warrior 2, Rise of the Triad 2, Duke 5?

They haven't said yet, but Duke Nukem 5 would be a good bet.

What they HAVE said is that they won't do another RotT or Shadow Warrior. So cross those off your wish list.
