Things I\'d like to see changed
There are a couple of things in the game that are so perhaps b/c of the gameplay and other issues just overlooked.

When firing dual mac's, the rate of fire for each gun drops to half making the clips last twice as long.

When diving mid-air and your guns run out of ammo, they are reloaded in the air.

When crouching next to a wall, your hands holding the guns while firing, block the view making it impossible to hit anything.

These three issues are the only ones that really bug me and hopefully there will be a patch of something to make this game more enjoyable. thanks.

Out of those three "issues" you have with the game the only one I think is valid is that last one, because posssibly the first and definitely the second are intentional, i.e., they've been put in by the developers as part of the gameplay.

1. Are you sure you're correct about this 1st point? If the rate of fire for each gun halves then wouldn't that mean that you're firing the same number of bullets out of the two guns as you would with just one? I thought the plus point about using dual weapons was that you get twice the rate of fire. (I'll have to play the game and check to see if you're right).
2. With regards to your 2nd point they (whoever "they" is) say that you never see someone doing a slow motion dive in a movie only to find out that when they press the trigger they have no ammo loaded in their gun, or something to that effect, which is why it doesn't happen in this game. Whether that is valid or not is upto you I guess. Anyhow, I think the fact that you can fire in a dive even though you've got empty clips is probably seen as an advantage of using shootdodge that encourages people to use it in hairy situations, which is why it's there.
3. Yeah, this is a valid point, and is just to do with the fact that the camera is poorly placed when you are crouching with your back against a wall. However, the average gamer is hardly ever going to encounter this problem whilst playing Max Payne, so it's not such a significant thing IMHO.

I agree with Dan. The first 2 issues are merely a result of gameplay balancing. If you expending dual Mac 10s in like 2 seconds, you would never have enough ammo. Also, to cut down on the frustration of running out of ammo in mid-air, then having to get up and reload in the face of 5 angry enemies, they decided to allow you to reload in mid-air.
I only encountered the third point once in the entire game (out of 3 times I played it). I realised that I was far too close to the wall, so I moved away from it a little bit. That fixed it.
