Not sure if this belongs in this thread, or i should have posted this in someone elses thread, but i'd like to congratulate 3D Realms on a job well done on the trailer for Duke3D on Xbox 360, done awesomely.

What a pointless thread All I saw was "Congratulations on a grea..." in the forum index thinking it was gonna end with "..t port of Duke 3D"

But a trailer?

Thanks, I'll make sure Jay sees it. He did a lot of the work on the construction of the thing.

The trailer is great, it's good to see that Duke still holds up to modern games

The trailer is more than alright. And the gameplay footage is showing exactly the gameplay that gave me my good memories on this game!

Really, when I saw the trailer I wanted to play it in that precise moment. The timing and the footage are great! Good work, Jay!

You're not the only one. I still get worked up over the 2001 DNF trailer, even though I know the game is stupid better than that now. The Duke3D trailer is pretty cool no doubt. Can't wait to see it on my actual Xbox 360 through marketplace.

You actually CAN watch it on your 360 now. Download the HQ video, stick it on a flash drive, plug it in your 360, and watch it.

(A note about that - your flash drive cannot be formatted for NTFS, or the 360 won't read it, has to be FAT or FAT32 for external USB drives to be read by your 360).

I've loaded her brand new notebook up with Duke Nukem trailers (DNF 98, 2001, etc ) so I can watch 'em anywhere . She has already said that she's going to leave the house for a week when DNF is released

I've already put the new Duke XBLA trailer onto my PSP, which I then plug the PSP into my 360 and watch

Can't wait to download both the trailer and the game

Pretty fantastic trailer indeed, but it didn't beat the DNF 2001 trailer (my favorite game trailer ever ). Actually, I'm eager to watch what you guys will do with the new DNF trailer...

The 2001 trailer still affects me the way it's always done although I have mixed up my own DNF videos (of past and present footage, keyed to appropriate soundtracks) to keep me buzzed. That said, there are some pretty cool things to learn from watching the DN3DXBLA trailer. Great job!

Totally agree here, DN3D trailer is fantastic , but the 2001 DNF trailer is also my all time favourite video game trailer. Gets me pumped about the game every single time. Hard to believe it was so long ago!

Look forward to seeing what the 3DR Peeps can pull out next
