.anm and .art files
I would like to know what program to use to edit an .anm file. They are the ones that store the end of episode movies (Except Ep. 1) the beginning of episode movie (Ep. 4), and the opening logo of a missile flying into a nuke symbol, and exploding. I know there is ShowAnim, but I want an editor.
I've looked in the resources thread, searched the Internet and still couldn't find anything. I would also like to know a list of programs to view and edit .art files. So far I know:
Also, is there a port of EDITART for Windows? |

Re: .anm and .art files
OK, I have Wally now, but what about .anm files? I heard about something like "DeluxPaint", but I don't know.

Re: .anm and .art files
The only tool I know of for .anm files is pcx2anim and its counterpart anim2pcx.
