7th Serpent: Genesis
7th Serpent: Genesis, the sequel to 7th Serpent: Crossfire, has been released!

Head to our official website to download it. Please stay tuned as more download locations will be added soon.

Synopsis:
After the events depicted in 7th Serpent: Crossfire, the Serpent Industries managed to keep their experiments going ; worse, they secretly received funding from the government to pursue their goal. Creating genetically enhanced soldiers has become their main line of work, and they had time to practice and improve their craft.

You are the 7th Serpent, a killing machine engineered to perform the company’s dirty works and keeping its enemies at bay. One of them is H.A.B.I.T. – Humans Against Biological Intrusive Technologies, actively fighting against the deeds of Serpent Industries, or at least what leaked out to the public throughout the years. Along with a peer, another Serpent prototype, you are sent into the Conference Center, where the heads of the organization are having a meeting, with a simple goal: making sure they can no longer slow down the progress of SI’s researches.

Finished downloading. I'll play tonight ..... midnight to be precise.

Edit:-

I think I'm 60% - 65 % through. Had some important work so had to rush.

Mapping Look-wise: 10/10 .... who even wants to discuss about it.
Level Gameplay Design: 10/10 ......... very very balanced, as usual. Corwin always maintained balance as far as I've played his stuff.
Voice-overs: 6/10 ........ WAYY better than the previous episode.

Don't have time now to describe too much. But if I have to wrap it up in short, I'd say: "The first episode itself was a very polished product with AAA value. But this one just makes it look/play like one of the top-of-the-shelf AAA games .... though not having the full length of a game. Very good job Team.

Awesome job. Although I think the gameplay is not as epic (choppers and tanks!) as it was in the first episode, the fight choreography is still as nicely done as it could ever be in Max Payne. Everything is polished up and consistent, down to careful synchronisation of character animation and the dynamic objects of the environment. It was also nice to see some of the awesome work that was done for Rogue Ops put to good use.

I think it's very admirable that you are still working as hard as you are, at this moment in the Max Payne timeline. Should we expect a third episode?

Thanks for the comments guys. My biggest concern when I took charge of the project was that, considering the level design, it couldn't be as epic as Crossfire. I did try to have some fights against choppers through the windows in some of the halls and such things, but it just didn't fit. In the end I decided to stick to encounters more resemblant of the original game, and I think it works better given the setting.

No further sequels though, it's about time I move to a more recent engine.

Special Moment 1: I really liked how the smoke grenades makes a post-process blur and stuff.
Special Moment 2: I really liked the part of the hallway where you have flammable oils on the floor, and they ARE functional to fire. Wonderful.

Wow its not often that top quality mods get relesed these days, even rarer for MP2 to get them!

This was great fun to play, Corwin...props to you. It seems everything you're involved in turns out to be of great quality. Level design was fantastic & I liked the NPC interaction (go the aussie dude!). Definately a bit easier than the first episode, but I was fine with that.

My only critisism is as follows:
Spoiler:

Overall, 4 outta 5 stars!

Aussie dudes in a MP2 mod can only mean that it has to be good
