Pipe bombs can bounce to out of reach places, but you can put sticky bombs right where you want them. Watching enemies running around with sticky bombs on their heads is always a blast.

1. Depends who's behind them. If I was behind both of them I think Lo would win mainly because of his nuke.
2. They both have very cool weapons appropriate for their characters. Although the nuke can be regarded as more of a Duke weapon.
3. Well, Duke came first, and that's why he gets first prize. Lo just came second but I believe Shadow Warrior is a slightly more polished game than Duke and it carried on with the high-quality action that Duke had superbly. Overall, I think they're both equally brillant - two of the best games ever made.
4. Both of their mouths need to be washed out with equally large bars of soap.
5. There both cool. The stadium had the blimp with all the goodies in it and the ending with Zilla had that ultra-cool moving floor.
6. Cooler? Duke I suppose. But Lo is hilarious!
7. They're both good for what they are. However, the shotgun in Shadow Warrior does allow you to shoot four shells at once!
8. Couldn't live without either of 'em! The rockets that come out of the rocket launcher make that whoosh sound while the RPG rocket just pump out silently - both very cool.
9. Tie again. With the pipebombs you can lay them and pick them up again and detonate them all up at once. But with the stickybombs you can attach them enemies, which is very entertaining.
10. Duke has a very dark backdrop in all of it's levels while Shadow Warrior is much brighter in a lot of it's ones. I think they complement each other nicely. Tie again.
11. The fists seem more effective than the boots at dealing with enemies. They're both good though.
12. Both characters have equally entertaining taunts. Some both shared such as 'Holy Shit'.
13. With the Ripper you can just let loose without needing to worry about reloading but with the uzis, well, you can have two! Both are good.
14. Again, with the Devestator you can just let loose but with the grenade launcher you can shoot around corners and let the jibs fly. Also, a direct hit with the grenade launcher is very satisfying. Both are super.
15. Both are appropriate for what they represent. Duke with his nuke symbol because nuking is the name of his game, and part of his name! And the bloody Ying-Yang suggests a spiritually deeper side which is perfect for Lo - "It is natural to die." .

The clip distance of the grenade sprites was way off, otherwise I would agree that it was good game. Just like Shadow Warrior, Strife was the last of game of its generation and didn't get the attention it deserved.

Zilla may be an old geezer but he's a ninja master with a fully armed and operational battle...er, mecha. The cycloid emperor is also bio-mechanical and armed to the (very big and sharp) teeth but it's size is both an advantage and a disadvantage.

Both are equally fitting and memorable but Lo Wang's voice gets extra points for being done by someone who appears to be as far removed from Asian as one could get and still sounding convincing.

As much as I love the look of the RPG, the Shadow Warrior rocket launcher is basically that plus a heat seeking option. You could level the field again by including Duke Nukem 64's heat seeking rockets add-on, but then when you add the SW rocket launcher's third mode, the micro nuke, Duke arsenal gets completely left in the dust.

9.Sticky bomb or pipe bomb?
The sticky bombs are nice because they stay where you put them (especially nice if that happens to be a person) and can detonate on their own requiring not player intervention. The pipe bombs, on the other hand, can go around corners, can be detonated at the most appropriate moment, can be safely retrieved if needed and, best of all, once placed the pipe bombs are silent! The sticky bombs may have a powerful intimidation factor (and perhaps allowing you to sneak up on someone who is cautiously seeking the source of the beeping) but nothing beats the totally unexpected sudden kill. Though pipe bomb theft can be a real problem if you are not on your toes.

Japan is an exotic, history rich, varied landscape with "massage parlors" and "love hotels". The Los Angeles area is a toxic, history poor, varied landscape with hookers and sleazy motels.

The Uzi's look cool but you have to find another before it really becomes useful. Also with both hands full replacing the magazines becomes a problem. The ripper is instantly useful and does not require reloading.

The nuclear symbol may have that added painted concrete look but the yin yang cancels that out with the added blood. Both have equally significant meaning outside of the game.

I'd say a draw, because they're both good characters, and since they're both 3DR chars, I'd think they'd get along.

I like the Riot gun, but I prefer more modern shotguns, so Duke's wins. (Although, I prefer Mossberg/Spaz)

Both are good. RL has more attacks though. I liked the voice for when you load the nuke tho

Pipebomb, sticky bombs are way too dangerous.

I like both places. Japan rules because of Anime () And LA is also cool - Draw

Fists, stronger attack and I use it a lot.

Draw - As I said before, Lo wang is funny, Duke is cocky and cool, which makes them both good chars

Final thoughts....Theyre both 2 unique fun games. They have tons of fun packed levels of killing life that doesnt deserve to exist. In reality...they have things that win each other over. Sw has vehicles......DN has the story....Sw has the uzi's....Dn has the devestator....Too hard to deside on the game. The graphics are equal....they both look the same to me.... So, to wrap it up, they both are own the video game world .
