I'm changing my theme and replacing window's graphics, I made the task bar background and got rid of the start button, of course I'm not done with changing graphics yet.

That's a point -- does anyone have any WinXP themes they can link to? Not ones that require software (such as Desktop Blinds) to be installed that reconfigures your desktop on startup, but rather stuff that integrates with WinXP's own visual themes seamlessly, like the Zune theme I use now (dark task bar, orange Start button etc.).

Was that a question for me?

If it was, you can use Photoshop like me, or GIMPShop which is free. There are various tutorials for digital rendering, the best one I know is here: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/35243447/ (flash plugin required)

Oh and the Corvette SS on my desktop isn't my work

The Windows Media Center edition skin is there ("The Energy Blue Theme") - looks nice and you don't need any software to install it.
