Wanton Destruction info & issues
Hey, the only way I can play Wanton is to switch grp's with JFSW. Does anyone know if in the original mode, when you really install Wanton in SW, you get different level names? Now I just get SW level names in another order? Does anyone have a level name listing for Wanton? Also, what else am I missing by playing it like this? Music, cutscenes? Thanx.
PS: I get bugs now, usually bosses not showing up. It happend in several different levels. Anyone else with this problem?

The boss issue only happens when you play on the first two difficulty levels. Play on the upper two difficulty levels. JonoF is (was?) working on a fix for this, and it might/will be in the next version of JFShadowWarrior.

As for the level names, download ProAsm's Wanton Destruction zip from his website, and take the swcustom.txt, and add it into your Wanton Destruction GRP. (Do not use the GRP that comes with his, as there are two art tiles that are missing in his.)

Ok, read all the threads, got all the info, and I see these are all old problems... Well, guess I'll start downloading, thanx. Hope it'll work.

One question regarding contents: Is or was "Wanton Destruction" meant to wrap up the Zilla plot? I.e.: Killing him a second time in the finale means we wouldn't see him again in a potential sequel (still dreamin' of SW2)?

Which 2 are these as I did a comparison with all the art files and except for Tiles005.art, Tiles016.art and Tiles022.art all the rest are identical to the original hence the reason they are left out ?

** Edit 1 **
Ok I found one as I see the heading 'Wanton Destruction' in Tiles009.art - will add that.

** Edit 2 **
Ok I see the 4 ladies in Tiles017.art
BUT
If you use the BAT file then these are taken care of in the WantDest.def file:
Code:
include sw.def
undefmodelrange 1469 1518
undefmodelrange 4096 4239

// Tiles009
definetexture 2366 0 0 0 -1 -1 2366.png

// Tiles017
definetexture 4594 0 0 0 -1 -1 4594.png
definetexture 4595 0 0 0 -1 -1 4595.png
definetexture 4596 0 0 0 -1 -1 4596.png
definetexture 4597 0 0 0 -1 -1 4597.png
Anyways I've added the 2 .art files as well now so you now have it all
Also updated the cdatracks for each level.

Thanks for the headsup on this

** Edit 3 **
Link was down for a while due to minor update.
