Internal Server Error on My Games page

When I go to the My Games page on the main website, I am greeted with this:

Is this every single time, or just a one off occurrence? If the latter, it is harder to track down.

Hi Lunick,

Could you let me know what games you have purchased, and (if you can recall so), what order you purchased them in? I have a very vague idea of what this may be, and will pass this info onto our site coder.

I haven't purchased any games at all. I won a copy of the 3D Realms Anthology and passed along my email to Becky and she had someone assign it and the soundtrack to my account and then I had Fred also pass on my email to add the other games to my account which I don't know has happened yet.
