Bind IP?

Currently I have 5 IP's on my dedicated server, is there a setting that would allow me to assign different IP's to different servers instead of just changing the port number?

For instance, this is what it is doing now:
155.45.67.45:27719
155.45.67.45:27720

I would like to have my second server running a completely seperate IP. All other games I've hosted I've just added something like "-IP 123.12.45.78" in the command line and it worked.
Anything I can do?

+set net_ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx on the target line
