my question about HRP

are there some HRP textures who are taken with camera, not made with programs? Or taken with camera and edited with programs? this is just a little question...

There are no direct from camera to the game textures as far as i know. Each artist has his/her own techniques where some like to do every single little detail from scratch with painting tools and others use sample textures, photos and/or filters when making textures. The ones I have done are probably mostly from 25% to 75% done using photos.
