somebody help me please

i'm having a problem when i finish chapter 3 in part 2 when max run out of the building when its burning, the game just exits by it self with this error message:

exception: Invalid read from an R_MemoryFile("13_constuction_site_b.ldb")

i installed the patch and uninstalled the game and reinstall it again but nothin changed

Did you have a chance to read my post before you were banned from MP Source?

Did you patch the game and then tried. Because I found it very odd that you patch it and then uninstall it.

what i meant was that i applied the patch but it didnt fix the problem and then i uninstalled the game and reinstall it as u guys told me but nothing changed too.
