Does the slide in Cinema 1.6 still have that gap?
Anyway, it's not so bad now. I'm content that at least we have the best possible solution we can come up with.

There's no gap, but the animation isn't very fluid.

Come on Remedy, aren't you feeling even a little guilty about this?

As for all the modders, has anything been done on this other than the old Deep Blue method of stealing the weapon animation from Max Payne 1? Because if there is a mod fix that works better than that one, I'll shut up about this.

Again, developing a patch for this could royally screw up all the modding since it would have to edit other files than the .exe.

And I still hassle Remedy, because they presumably have the animation file necessary to fix it. Probably not even a big download. So if they'd just release it, the modders could work something out. They need that file, because unless I'm mistaken, no one has been able to make their own to a reasonable quality level.

Maybe none of them care, and that's why no one outside of Terminx and the Deep Blue people have even tried, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Before I canceled my mod, I did have someone reanimate the Beretta so that it correctly animates. It's just a couple of .kf2 files.
