Apogee Catalog
I've found a link to some Apogee Catalogs at the Duke4.net Forums.

Highlights include:
  • Duke Nukem 1 cover art. I guess this is official cover art now because it's in an official Apogee catalog.
  • A picture of the Hocus Pocus beta with Hocus Pocus in his red shirt.
  • A picture of a more polished Megaloman than the one that can be seen in the pictures that Joe Siegler posted in this Megaloman topic.
  • A picture of Gerald Lindsly. It the first time I've seen a picture of him. I've searched other pictures of him today when I found the staff page here on 3drealms.com.

I had no idea that Apogee sold Spear of Destiny. I thought only FormGen dealt with it.

Spear of Destiny is mentioned in Apogee's electronic catalogues and ordering forms in their shareware releases, like here:

[ ] Wolfenstein 3-D "Spear of Destiny" - A Commercial Wolf3D game ($29.95)
[ ] Cmdr. Keen: Vorticons - The original Keen from Id Software ($29.95)
[ ] Cmdr. Keen: Goodbye Galaxy - Id's sequel to the classic ($34.95)
[ ] Cmdr. Keen: Aliens Ate My Baby Sitter - A commercial Keen game ($34.95)

Re: Apogee Catalog
By the way, has anyone come across higher resolution versions of the Duke Nukem, Secret Agent and Word Rescue art that is presented in the catalog?

I don't think I've ever seen these Secret Agent and Word Rescue art before.
I've seen the Duke Nukem art in the Rare Duke Nukem 1 Boxart topic. There's also art that shows the name as Duke Nukum.

I'd love to see a better picture of that Blake Stone page. There's a devil monster I don't recognize at all! Of course, it's been a long time since I played Aliens of Gold, so maybe my memory's just a little rusty.
