Wow, really nice! I have to install PlatoonTC again.
![]() It was a really nice Mod. The M16 doesn't look like a Nam M16. ![]() ![]() The skins of the view models (of the weapons) could need more work, and some of the models too. But they are not bad! The star on the HUEY should be on the side of the front doors, that will make it look much better, I think. I will take a look if I can do some stuff too.

During I had no net, I spend some time on recreation of first mission. First quest was making an US camp. I tried to keep that in original platoon's feel, but with some better architecture and shading. Keep in mind it's WIP.

OK, I've got matura exam on May, it's the hardest exam in life and when everybody says "You should learn, or you'll have a problems", I'm finding time for this and especially for "Szczerbiec" game. So "final exams" are not such important to break promises IMHO. I bet that you're just lazy bastard.

I'm not yelling, I just don't like to work with people who have a "thousands other things to do". I don't believe. I bet that you were playing games, if even it's a hour per day, it should be sacrified for given promise. It's just my opinion, so don't care too much about it. But I have too big experience about working with people via net and I know something about young people's nature.

I'm not angry at Hellbound, I just feel guilty about all of it, and yes, I do have something to show for the time. Only problem is, I probably wasted all of it for nothing now.
There's not really much I can do other than apologize. I would like to post a screenshot but I'm afraid that Hellbound will think it's bad, and I'll be hated even more. And yes, Hellbound I care about your opinion and I don't blame you for being mad.

![]() ![]() One of the problems that makes the map really ugly is shrubbery, trees etc. I'm constantly using the same textures and it makes it look pretty dull. Any way you can make a couple new ones? (I know you're already working hard enough, so I'm okay with a no ![]() I'll add a couple more rocks and stuff, then pm you some pics.

I completely understand Hellbound. I really hate when I put all my effort in some project, but at the same time I depend on somebody else who just doesn't give a damn. Thank God Parkar is not one of those. I'm really looking forward in finishing our project (sorry for being a little offtopic)

The most used US-Army truck was the M35A1, I think.
But the actual truck model looks good! If you want to model/use a US-Army jeep, make a M151A1. The helmet of the (US-Army) recruits should be remodelled, so it will look more like a M1 helmet. ![]() Do someone here know NAM (a.k.a. Yeah, I know NAM, but from the creative point of view, that game is shit. It's very annoying that all characters are just a redone duke sprite. 80% of textures are from DN3d and weapons are the same but with diffrent gfx. If it was a TC, I would say it's cool, but as for a game relased as a 'game', it's crap IMO.

The thing that I liked about NAM was the level design. It was pretty cool apart from the indoor areas (crap). I sorta like the redone Duke sprites, though. But yes, I have to agree that it's nothing but a mod, if you look in the .grp file you'll find almost all of the Duke3D textures (including a slimer egg
![]() WWII GI is the same way, although there are more custom textures.

In my experience, you don't need many different textures to make a good-looking jungle; you need to make them different sizes. You could have a thousand different bushes available, but if they're all the same size, your jungle will look boring and fake.

Why not do it in stages? Make a HRP and release that first. Then, do the coding and mapping and release Platoon 2.
