Error message
Help me please! I downloaded MaxEd and I get an error when I launch it saying "Error message: CreateDevice failed - Invalid Call"

I am running Windows XP. If you can help me, please contact me through e-mail. My address is [email protected]

Thanks.

Re: Error message
Interesting - I think I've gotten that message before, and I just thought it was because I was running Win98SE.

This is the same exact error message I get. I gave up on maxed already. I have a pretty good system too. Its amazing how it wont run MaxEd but it will play the game completely without a hitch and also played Splinter Cell perfectly.
My system specs are:
Windows XP home
Pentium4 2.6 ghz
80gig hard drive
Intel 82845G/GL Graphics contoller

Somebody please help us!!!!

Re: Error message
Guys,

Sorry but MaxED isn't supported - it is an internal tool provided for FREE that has not gone through the same QA that the game has.

Additionally, it does not contain the same optimizations than the game.

The only cards it's been tested on are Radeon 9500 and above and GeForce 4 Ti 4600 and above.
