Yep, quite a large number of modders for the Mp scene have landed full-time jobs in the industry, or at least made excellent contacts. I don't think anyone has mentioned this, but I heard from Endo (weapon and car modeller) that he's now working in Edinburgh for a certain developer that makes quite popular driving/shooting games. Satan/Sayantan is working for an outsourcer/developer too (don't remember the name, sorry ).

I'm really happy for Endo actually, he was (and still is) a really talented modeler. I remember he made that pack of all the guns he made for Max Payne, impressive stuff.

Hope he does well at R*, and all the other modders in their jobs. Glad to see all the hard work pays off, plus we get some cool mods to play! :P

It's "SEI Games". Not a really big company though. But there's a very high probability of expansion in this company; mainly because the 'mother-company'(still falls under 'NDA') of it is very strong financially and has business in movie production(bollywood movie that is), movie distribution(both national and international), and more. Unlike other indian companies, we are actually intentionally going a bit 'un-hyped' so we can live up to the expectations the consumers might have. PLUS, the game we are developing is based on an animated movie IP produced by the same 'mother-company'. So yeah, marketting side is expected to be quite satisfactory. LOL.

In any case I've already talked to the management that I'm leaving this company 'exactly' after completing the currently developed game; ie maybe after a month or so. I'm targetting something really big in the near future. But I need to work on a solid portfolio before even daring to do so.
