court date? court plans? court updates?

can't 3drealms or george just twitter about how the court stuff is going to go, its not like there's a NDA to talk about court dates...

I just want to know how long this silent stuff is going to last...

Latest I have is that the case is still pending, nothing has been resolved and it's set for sometime next year.

My question is: What will actually happen if 3DR wins the case ? Can Take2 after loosing, take the case to an higher court ? And if they can, what will happen ?

Things will remain the same. Which means no dev team and no in-house DNF. Of course, they would be able to continue "developing".

It's gonna be status quo from 3DR, which means total silence & disregard for the fans. Check back in about 10 years when 3DR & DNF are just a footnote in history.
