Anyone know how I can get an Animated Pic in the following game of Commander Keen 3: Keen Must Die!

The Animated Pic I am looking for in this game is the Yellow Dog Creature that runs away from you every time you get near it. Then when you touch it, it explodes or blows up like a balloon or something.

If you can, I need it to be borderless with just the Dog creature showing.
