Hey I played MP2 for a little while last night and bullet time seems the same as in MP1, whats the difference? cause I hear people talking about bt1 and bt2 but cant figure out the difference between the 2.

There are different levels of bullet time. The more enemies you kill, the more yellow your BT hourglass goes and the slower time gets. Also, Max will do a spinning motion when reloading with BT on. Keep playing, and you'll see.

Re: Bullet Time 2?
the BT mode is greatly improved from MP1... now time won't slow down that much (coz in MP1, i can hardly kill lotsa enemies before the hourglass runs out of time)...

and now we got a new cool reloading animation for BT which is a little bit too sweet (especially w/ the saw-ed off shotgun)... one my 1st attempt playing MP2, i completed the game in Detective mode w/o using BT... and i thought the sawed-off shotgun is kinda useless since it doesn't have the "power" it used to be back in MP1...

but w/ BT improved, that shotgun become my favorite weapon (considering it gives more style to the gameplay)...

There's a sawed off shotgun?

Never used it.

wat?!

sawed off was like the best style gun there is. buck buck reload, it was so sweet! and honestly, if you have trouble beating MP, you need help I love taking the sawed off in MP1 and just killing everything with kung fu 2.0. It's good for an hour or so of distraction!

Re: Bullet Time 2?
How about starting up MP1 and playing it for a while to get some perspective.

omg omg omg omg!!!! That was a balanced portion of my morning breakfast!

Early on, I used that one to do quite a bit of dirty work around corners. I used it a fair bit in MP1 as well.

Re: Bullet Time 2?
I never even used the dual desert eagles in MP2. I mostly went with the dual berettas and the Kalashnikov and MP5. I did, however, use the sniper rifle quite a lot. In MP1 the only time I remember using the sniper rifle was shooting the bombs in the elevator shaft.

Yeah, I played through MP1 with the sniper rifle as much as I could, but could hardly find enough ammo for it.

I honestly never fired a shot in MP2, until I passed the game. I went back in, loaded a saved game and said, " crap, I forgot to use that one."

I did play MP1. I guess I didn't notice a difference because I use BT too rarely. Ussually just shoot dodge.

Re: Bullet Time 2?
I mostly use BT, but shootdodge can sometimes be the best alternative.

Re: Bullet Time 2?
I mostly used shootdodge in MP1 too, but MP2 made bullet-time much more useful (atleast for me).
