Birgers WinRott for Pelles C
I've ported Birgers WinRott to free Pelles C, so anyone who don't have a commercial visual C can made his changes. Pelles C is a pure C Compiler (no C++) and supports Ansi C-99 so some changes were nessecary.

Both versions of Winrott are available. Winrott 1.26 with SDL support and the newer WinRott 2.24 without SDL (directX Port).
