Birgers WinRott v2.24 for Pelles-C
WinRott v2.24 Source (for Pelles C)

Pelles C is free, so now everyone can make changes to Birgers WinRott without need of a comercial compiler.

This port isn't based on SDL but on Direct-X 8. It runs very fine for me including Sound, Music and Gates Timer. It supports shareware levels, full Rott and Extreme Rott.
