Another useless DNF Thread

*** I am creating this thread because in my opinion there has been alot of threads created recently that have been useless and as a consequence, entrie blocks of posts get deleted or threads get locked so instead of cluttering up this forum with useless infomation, come and post here whatever it is you want to get off your chest about Duke Nukem Forever. ***

IMO if wasn't for fans on this forum, DNF would truly be dead and hopes to see Duke in HD gaming goodness gone forever

PS... Thats my useless opinion off my chest. I hope this thread doesn't get locked or i get banned because i can see potential in this tread because we all have something to say that is useless.

PSS... If this tread is locked. i can say i tried.

I too believe Duke Nukem Forever is lucky to have some of the most loyal fans in the world, but i keep hope this game will come out. I never gave up with Valve on Team Fortress 2.

George screwed up, George shouldn't be running a company, he let all the fans down. But I guess in the end, it's just another game. But I hope he learned from all the mistakes if he somehow ends up back in the game business.

But I remember seeing screens back in 99 and holy shit it looked good.. I also remember telling my friends that you can even see the nostrils on the characters. Damn was I hyped back then.. But hope has slowly been dying through the years up to the point of 3DR closing down.

Many years ago I thought that this game must be awesome because it's taking so long, never did I even think it was because of mistakes and restarts. Many years of development doesn't make a good game.

Don't read too much into it. D-Day was being made by the guys who made Time to Kill and Land of the Babes before it was canceled. The stuff being shown now is either just using the term D-Day like Gears of War has Emergence Day or it is just using the name D-Day as it never got used in the end, probably no other real comparison with the original.

DNF should have been released ages ago. George wanted to prove that 3DR is the best.. but didn't have the time or money. What else is there to say that hasn't been said? if this game was released, I'd sell every other game just to get it. I'd sell all my other games because they aren't worthy enough to rest next to the DNF case.

Also,I wonder how many disks it takes to install it xD

30 million dollars ... mmh let's calculate a bit ... you would have to spend only 2,5 millions a year to maybe get something done ... naaah ... don't even think about it ... it's not money that this game needs, it's credibility ...

anyways i've been told by a guys on duke4.net that George had try to go to other publishers and video game producers to ask for money and that they had turned their back to him ... you know if it's true or not?
