Max Payne 2 sound files

Ok. I have MP2. I have the opportunity to extract the audio, but I sure could use some help by anyone. I dl'd the tool called maxed 2. I installed .net 2.0 as well. I'm trying to figure out how in the world I am to use any of the tools to open any file to just begin looking for audio files I want. Can anyone help me please?

You need to get rasmaker, and unras sounds data folder.

That is exactly what program I've been trying to get working. The insructions make it sound like any monkey can do it, but I guess I'm more of a dumb monkey. Can anyone help get me the sound files I'm looking for in .wav format? I just want like 2 or 3 sounds...
