part I chapter 4 need help cannot get out

followed steps to exit this chapter including pressing exit
button in reception room and exiting through double doors in crate room however second set of doors will not open??? Please help

I am in chapter 1 part 4, where the sniper is shooting and the girl is running out. I can`t get out of this floor. I have tried everything now but now I give up. How do I get out? Do I have too kill the sniper? I think i Killed him once because I did not shoot back any more. But any thing happend. HELP ojn

There's an open window on that floor. Go outside.
