"I wanna go home."

I just realised something. Why do all the people write stuff with blood? If the people were being carried away, they wouldn't have time to write "I want to go home". I doubt they would be bleeding much anyway, people don't get assaulted until they are actually cut up or eaten, ect... Even the children (The ones alive at the beginning of the game) drew pictures (A stick-man with monsters) in their own blood. I can't imagine children drawing pictures with their own blood...

The children were not possessed when they wrote / drew those so...

Kid - "Ouch, that monster shot me, I'll draw a picture with my blood"

Any ideas?

Oh, and about the bloodwriting thing: who says it's blood... maybe some crates of ketchup were also beamed aboard (remember the bar was almost completely beamed up... possibly including all the stuff in the storage area)

Suddenly I'm reminded of the Simpsons episode with Sideshow Bob writing death threats to Bart with his own blood, then goes and uses his blood to write a to-do list or something. Why don't they use a pen like everybody else?

I guess when you're being beamed up by a bunch of aliens the last thing on your mind is to grab a pack of crayons. Then you suddenly get the urge to sprawl something on the wall and think "now why did I leave those crayons behind? I know - I'm bleeding! I can use that!" Of course if you think like that, you must be fun at night clubs when a girl gives you her phone number.

about the kids..
there is something else that is a bit wrong else than the writings..
on the radio it talks about a girl getting yelllow eyes.. etc.. she's being possessed.. but.. the producer actually changed the yelllow eyed posessed child, to just plain child ghosts.. so there should be no more possessed yellow eyed child.. they kinda forgot about this? ..they shouldn'T have censored

Actually it would make sense, but since the kid was seen early in the game its hard to understand how they could 'go insane' when they have only been in that room for a small amount of time. Unless of course they had been picked up days/months ago and no one else on Earth noticed.

Btw, I finally figured out the reason they changed the possessed girl look: it's a lot more disturbing to shoot real children (with yellow eyes) than ghostly children. That didn't change how I feel about both possessed girl scenes: they're the most creepy scenes in Prey (and I'm always feeling relieved after them).

Noticed that to. I guess the show was recoreded before they were changed or the lines where written before and they just missed to change it.

To fight the normal kids, type spawn in the console and use these:

monster_girl_normal
monster_girl_normal2 (Black hair, red shirt)
monster_boy_normal
monster_alien_girl (completely black, except for glowing eyes)

They will still act like the possessed ones though.

Thats simple. Just open the map All Fall Down (feedingtowerd.map) and replace the ghostly ones with the normal ones

i just found the "i want to go home" line, written (with regular pen) in the toilet in Jen´s bar, the toilet in the men´s room in case you want to check - i thought it was hilarious, especially if you played through the game once already

There's another in the room where Francine wrecked her brother (?) He drew some stick figures of him with a frown and what appear to be wraiths. It actually made me sad for a moment. The idea behind having it written in blood is that everyone thinks of their own worst way for it to have possibly happened.
