I'd be weary about posting any fan-made "Max Payne" material in the future, though - Fox doesn't take too kindly to people paying tribute to the character they bought the exclusive motion picture rights to.

FYI, people have been making fan-movies about Max Payne for a while. The problem starts when you refuse to acknowledge that it's a fan-movie.

FYI, the problem starts when you pay tribute to the intellectual property bought by an overly sensitive, Hitleresque company that can't see the wood for the trees. Creative freedom should be encouraged, not abolished.
