The majority of citizens in the US, overwhelmingly speak english. Very few citizens do not. When I see someone who only speaks spanish and no english at all, I say to myself "there is a 99 percent possiblity that the person is not a citizen of the US". That has zero to do with race, it has something to do with the connection between language and citizenship.
Always liberals try to make race an issue. They do that because they know that race is a conversation killer...that if they can somehow accuse their opponent of being "racist", that they can win the debate. This tactic is usually used when the person has no solid ground in the debate, and their argument is falling apart. So they will throw the race thing out there and hope it sticks. It is an offensive tactic, and it is not winning any points to your side of the argument on immigration. It is alienating others who might consider your side of the immigration argument, but now just driving them to my side of it.
